Lim Sing Tian is the founder and managing director of GL E&C. Driven with a vision to bring greater innovation in the civil and marine engineering field that he loves, Sing Tian established GL E&C to take on unique projects for the industry. He oversees and takes charge of the operation, strategic growth and development of the company.
Built by an industry expert for the industry, Sing Tian brings some 20 years of valuable experiences into GL E&C for the company to contribute purposeful expertise to the sector. With his commitment towards delivering quality services whilst ensuring safety at work, Sing Tian leads his team with relentless passion and high professional standards. From leading multi-million dollar marine projects to jetties & power plant projects, Sing Tian’s track record in major landmark constructions around the region empowers him with the foresight to oversee charting GL E&C’s corporate development and strategic growth. His exceptional leadership has steered GL E&C to be one of the Top SME Achiever Awards in 2015.
Raymond oversees the business development activities, and is in charge of client management, building strong internal capabilities and pursuing new business opportunities. As an Executive Director, he is also responsible for steering the direction of GL E&C’s business together with the Board of Directors.
With over 20 years of C-level experience in marketing, business development and communications within the construction as well as other fast-moving industries, Raymond brings a wealth of critical expertise to GL E&C.
He bears the directive responsibility to engage and inform GL E&C’s stakeholders of the company’s developments and business performance. As a brand strategist and corporate sustainability expert, Raymond motivates the GL E&C team to embark on innovative projects that pave the company’s endeavour in industry-edge developments with future-ready marine and engineering technologies.
Zhijiang has more than 12 years of Project Management experience in construction industries in Singapore. He oversees all Plant Civil Engineering project and marine works project in GL E&C.
With his great sense of responsibility, commitment and strong leadership, Zhijiang delivers his work to the best of his abilities. As a Director of Operations and a team leader, he is highly reliable and continues to establish strong working relationship with his project clients, earning their trust to enable the GL E&C team to succeed in every project.
Zhijiang leads his team through passion and example by his commitment to life-long learning and continuous skills upgrading for better safety, quality and expertise at work.
As one of the pioneer employees, Sock Kiang has set up the Finance, HR and Admin departments in the company. She is committed towards building a better workplace in the company by formulating and implementing various HR policies and procedures that are in line with the company’s business goals.
With strong work ethics, motivating determination and a resilient positive attitude, Sock Kiang holds GL E&C’s administrative fort with her endearing management skills to bring out the team’s best capabilities.
